Filing fees for the various petitions are as follows:

Minimum Permit Fee is $54.50 (this includes a $4.50 state fee assessed on every permit)

Contractor Licenses

All General Contractor Licenses: $100 (Renewal $50)

All Occupational Contractors (Electrical, Plumbing, Mechanical): $100 (Renewal $50)

All Contractor Licenses Expire October 31st of Each Year

Subdivision Fees:

Preliminary Plat

For lots two acres or greater: $250 plus $4 per lot for developments up to fifty lots and $2 per lot for each lot over fifty lots.

For lots less than two acres: $250 plus $2 per lot for developments up to fifty lots and $1 per lot for each lot over fifty lots.

Final Plat

For lots two acres or greater: $350 plus $4 per lot for developments up to fifty lots and $2 per lot for each lot over fifty lots.

For lots less than two acres: $350 plus $3 per lot for developments up to fifty lots and $2 per lot for each lot over fifty lots.

All final plats will be charged a $50 per lot Park and Recreation fee.

Subdivision Inspection Fees: Two percent of the first one hundred thousand dollars of contract value; one and one half percent of all over one hundred thousand, not to exceed two hundred thousand; one percent of all over two hundred thousand.

Business License - $40 Renewable Annually - All Business Licenses Expire October 31 of each year.
