If you are

Centennial & Valley students, you must be a resident of Mustang - live in the city limits). We
only take a total of
7 students from Centennial & 6 from Valley.
The Parks & Recreation Department currently has one After
School Program held at Mustang Elementary School Gym however, we do pick up at Mustang Centennial & Mustang
Valley. The participants who attend Centennial & Valley will be picked up
and taken to the Mustang Elementary
School Gymnasium. To be eligible for the Centennial & Valley ASP, you must
live in the City limits of Mustang. The program is limited to a total of 50 students; this is
a first come, first served basis. Once 50 students have enrolled and paid
the Registration Fee a waiting list will begin. Before any child can begin
attending the After School Program, a registration form must be completed
and turned in with the Non-Refundable one time Registration Fee of $25.00
per child (this fee will not be applied to any weeks of the ASP). Each participant must have a current
enrollment, emergency and pick up form completed at the time of
registration; a copy will be made and kept at the program. The After School
Program is not a drop in program; your child must be registered in the
program to attend. A Registration Fee of $25.00 per child is due when
registration form is turned in.
A copy of the child's
current immunization records, and any child custody agreements must be
turned in with the registration forms. If you have visitation rights
for your child, that does not mean you have actual physical custody.
Only custodial parents can register their child/children into the program.
The program hours are 2:45 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., however, you
may pick up your child any time from 2:45 to 6:00. Parents must sign children out at the
end of the day. All children must
be picked up by 6:00 p.m. One day a week the participants will be transported
to the Mustang Community
Center.
Trips will begin the first complete week after Labor Day.
To be eligible for the Mustang Centennial & Valley Elementary School ASP,
