Mustang Conference Center at Town Center
Welcome to
the City of Mustang and Mustang Town Center. We appreciate your interest in our
facility and we will strive to accommodate the needs you may have for your
event.
Located at
1201 N. Mustang Road, Mustang, OK 73064, 376-3411. Mustang Town Center is
located 15 minutes from downtown Oklahoma City, Mustang is the ideal spot
for corporate meetings, conferences, workshops, reunions, weddings and
receptions. Mustang offers a First
Rate facility with a personal touch.
Accommodating
groups ranging from 5 to 250, Mustang Conference Center is the right choice
for your event. The Town Center
offers technology hookups as well as sound systems.
The Town
Center also has a full professional workout facility, gymnasium, walking
track and recreation room. Mustang
Conference Center offers the perfect mix of business and recreation for any
event.

In order to
guarantee a reservation a deposit and contract must be approved. All Room Rentals require credit card
information to be left on the reservation contract, the credit card will
not be charged unless there are damages to the room that has been
rented. Reservations will be taken
Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Hours Available
Monday Thursday: 8 am 4 pm or 6
pm 10 pm
Friday: 8am 4 pm or 6 pm
Midnight
Saturday: 10 am 4pm or 6 pm Midnight
Sunday: Noon 6 pm
Classrooms: The two classrooms are available
for small educational settings, conference meetings, etc. These rooms do require reservations ahead
of time. These rooms are available for
reservation at no cost for local non-profit groups.
Meeting Rooms: The two rooms are available and
are ideal for small seminars or meetings.
Each room seats approximately 30 people or the rooms may be opened
by partition to seat approximately 60 people. The rooms are furnished with tables,
chairs and lecterns and have the capability for technology hookups. These rooms are rented by the hour and
are available Sunday through Saturday.

Per Half Session: (2 hrs)
One Side - $30
Both Sides - $60
Per Session (6 hrs)

All Day Use: (not before 10am)

Banquet Rooms: The two rooms are available for
reservations and are perfect for weddings, wedding receptions, reunions,
small trade shows, etc. Both rooms
have the capacity for technology hookups.
Each room provides seating for approximately 120 people, or the two
rooms can be opened up to seat approximately 250 people. Both rooms also have a built in sound
system for occupants with audio/video interest. The north side includes a drop down
screen. These rooms rent by session
times and are available Sunday through Saturday.
Banquet Rooms Rental Fees
Per Session (6 hrs)
One Side - $160 per session
Both Sides - $320 per session
All Day Use: (not before 10am)
One Side - $320

We provide
all the chairs and tables. We will
set up the room one time with the lay-out you choose.
Additional Amenities:
Catering Kitchen: Our facility also provides a
catering kitchen used for events serving food and/or beverages within the
Banquet Rooms. The kitchen is fully equipped with warming ovens, freezer
and refrigeration space, ice bins, built-in salad bar with warming and
chilling bins, also a number of other wonderful conveniences.
Catering Kitchen Rental Fees
$50 per event
Gazebo: The gazebo is designed to hold
outdoor events such as concerts in the park, weddings, family reunions,
etc. It provides a beautiful setting
with recessed lights and electric hookup capabilities surrounding the
perimeters of the gazebo. The gazebo
is available for private rentals.

(this fee is in addition to what is
to be paid to the off duty Mustang Police Office)
Off Duty Mustang Police Officer:
Police Officer Fee when alcohol is
present
$50/hr two hour minimum and $20/hr
thereafter.
The Town Center Staff will schedule
the officer for you. Payment must be
made to the officer at the time security is provided and must be in cash.
The staff will need 30 day notice if
alcohol is being served. Failure to
notify Town Center Staff and/or pay the police officer can result in
termination of the event an
forfeiture of security deposits.
