VENDOR INFORMATION & REGISTRATION

 A FESTIVAL FOR DOGS & PEOPLE

April 19th, 2008,Wild Horse Park  Event Hours: 9am to 1 pm Woofin Waggin 5K/Walk - 10 am

Plans for this event include a Flying Dog Club, Frisbee Team, Music, Kids Activity Zone, Mutt Contests, 5K and Walk - with or with out dogs, Dog Festival with animal rescue groups and Pet vendors and more !  Event will be located outdoors at Wild Horse Park on Saturday, April 19th,2008

The event admission is free. A small fee is charged for the5k/Walk

Advertise is planned for Area news papers, flyers to all 6,000 Mustang Elementary School Children, Banner in Front of Community Centers, Signs in area businesses, Talk of Town in Local Newspaper and area Websites.

  • Space is limited, please sign-up as early as possible

  • All set ups must be completed by 8:45

  • Event hours are 9 am to 1 pm Vendors are expect to  be open for business during these hours

  • No breakdowns prior to 1:30 pm

  •  Vehicles are not permitted on the event area, unless previous arrangement have been made with Jean

  • Booth space is 10 x 10

  • Cost of Booth is $30.00

  • Tables are available to rent for $5.00

  • No electricity is available

  • 10 X 10 Tents available for $100.00

  • Booth Reservation & Fees are due by April 1st

  • if you are a non profit and have a valid 501 c form, booth fees are waived , you will need to provide you own equipment.

  • If paying by check, please make the check to City of Mustang. Mail to Jean Heasley, City of Mustang, 1501 N Mustang Road, Mustang, Oklahoma 73064 or bring to 1201 N Mustang Road

  • Vendor booths will not be confirmed without payment
