Filing fees for the various petitions are as follows:
- Board of Adjustment Application $100.00

- Change a Zoning Classificaton to a PUD $175.00 plus $15.00 per acre
- Comprehensive Plan Amendment $150.00

Plan Review Fees:
- Residential Single-Family $ 50.00
- Residential Multi-Family $100.00
- Church/Public Use Building $100.00 plus 2 cents per sq. ft.

Building Fees
Minimum Permit Fee is $54.50 (this includes a $4.50
state fee assessed on every permit)

Each Year
Subdivision Fees:
Preliminary Plat
For lots two acres or greater: $250 plus $4 per lot for developments up
to fifty lots and $2 per lot for each lot over fifty lots.
For lots less than two acres: $250 plus $2 per lot for developments up
to fifty lots and $1 per lot for each lot over fifty lots.
Final Plat
For lots two acres or greater: $350 plus $4 per lot for developments up
to fifty lots and $2 per lot for each lot over fifty lots.
For lots less than two acres: $350 plus $3 per lot for developments up
to fifty lots and $2 per lot for each lot over fifty lots.
All final plats will be charged a $50 per lot
Park and Recreation fee.
Subdivision Inspection Fees: Two percent of the first one
hundred thousand dollars of contract value; one and one half percent of all over
one hundred thousand, not to exceed two hundred thousand; one percent of all
over two hundred thousand.
Business License - $40 Renewable Annually – All Business Licenses
Expire October 31 of each year.
