General Contractor

Initial licenses for general contractors, electricians, plumbers and mechanical contractors are $100 per year, but renewals of current licenses are only $50. Journeyman and apprentices are not required be licensed; however, they must be registered to work for a Mustang licensed contractor. Contractor licenses are also valid from November 1st to October 31st of the year following the date of issuance.

Trade contractors must produce a valid Oklahoma Construction Industries Board license along with an acceptable photo I.D. at the time of application. General contractors must provided proof of insurance to obtain a license.
