Plan Review Fees
Residential Single-Family - $ 50.00

Church/Public Use Building - $100.00 plus 2 cents per sq. ft.
Commercial - $100.00 plus 2 cents per sq. ft.
Building Fees
Minimum Permit Fee is $54.50 (this includes a $4.50 state fee assessed on every permit)
Utility Fees
Contractor Licenses
All General Contractor Licenses: $100 (Renewal $50)
All Occupational Contractors (Electrical, Plumbing, Mechanical): $100 (Renewal $50)
All Contractor Licenses Expire October 31st of Each Year
Parks and Recreation Fees
Subdivision Inspection Fees
Two and one half percent of the first one hundred thousand dollars of contract value; two percent of all over one hundred thousand, not to exceed two hundred thousand; One and one half percent of all over two hundred thousand.
Business License Fees
$40 Renewable Annually – All Business Licenses
Expire October 31 of each year.
