Weight Room

Available equipment: cable machines, squat racks, free weights, adductor/abductor machine, leg extension, leg curl, seated row, seated leg press, etc.

  • Children under 13 are not permitted in the Fitness Areas.

  • Guests may use the Fitness Areas and participate in drop-in fitness classes with an Adult Fitness Pass.   

  • Guests are encouraged to wipe any perspiration from the weight equipment, benches, and cardiovascular equipment after each use with the cleaning materials provided.

  • The use of gym chalk is prohibited.

  • Guest are expected to rack weights after each use.

  • Spotters are recommended at all press stations.

  • Guests must use extreme caution when lifting weights to avoid any potential injury. Instruction placards should be followed/observed when using the weight equipment.

  • Weights and dumbbells should not be dropped, slammed, placed on vinyl benches, or rested against the walls, equipment, or mirrors.

  • Guests are expected to maintain proper hygiene while using the fitness classroom.

  • Water in squeeze bottles with a lid or controlled spout are encouraged. No food or other drinks are permitted.

  • Profanity or excessively loud or suggestive language are not permitted.

  • All equipment is operated on a first come, first serve basis. During peak times or when people are waiting, there will be a 30-minute workout time limit per machine.

  • Please seek team members to assist with any issues. The Fitness Center team members will settle any disputes.

  • The facility provides personal training; any unauthorized personal training is not permitted.

  • Solicitation or promotion of supplements and outside health and fitness training is prohibited
