Grief Recovery Program

- All ages welcome – to be held in senior center
- 6 week class every Thursday from 10-11:30 am
- Class begins Feb.17th to March 24th

For those who have / or are experiencing a loss of any kind such as:Death, divorce, health issues, retirement, moving, pet loss, financial, etc. The loss can be recent or one that occurred long ago.
The Grief Recovery Program teaches correct action choices that help people “move beyond” the pain caused by loss. The class creates a safe environment in which to look at old beliefs about dealing with loss and to take new actions that lead to the completion of the pain attached to the loss.
