Mustang City Codes allow certain organizations located within the City of Mustang to sell Class C fireworks from June 27th to through July 4th each year under certain conditions. In addition to City Codes, all fireworks retail sales facilities must meet Oklahoma State Fire Marshal requirements.
Mustang Code of Ordinances requires applications for the sale of fireworks to be submitted no later than June 1st each year in order to be considered for approval.
