The City of Mustang will be providing an "Employee Spotlight" each month so that citizens can learn more about the public servants that contribute to our City running smoothly.  The Employee Spotlight will feature answers to a series of questions about the selected employee, the department and position they serve in, and unique likes and interests of the employee.

The December Employee Spotlight is Radika Moore, Community Development Administrative Assistant.

How long have you worked for the City of Mustang?  10 years.

Where were you born?  Oklahoma City, OK

How long have you lived in Mustang?  I moved to the school district in 1995.

Are you married?  If so for how long?  Children?   I have been married for 5 years and I have 2 children.

What do you enjoy the most about working for the City of Mustang?  My fellow city employees and the elected or assigned officials who work alongside us are what I enjoy most about working here. We are a bustling little town and that takes a lot of effort from people who have big hearts for this community. It really makes me proud to be a part of it all.

What project have you been a part of while employed by the City of Mustang that you enjoyed the most?   Spooktacular

Favorite Food?    Free

Favorite Recording Artist?  Lauren Daigle

Do you have a secret skill or talent?  I can't keep a secret.  Ask anybody.

You have a colorful history with the City of Mustang having worked in several different departments at several different facilities.  How have you benefited from your employment with the City of Mustang and how has your experience prepared you for what you are doing today?  Public service is a mostly thankless job. Being at the Town Center gave me a sense of warm community, and that’s what drives me in my current position. I know that I am part of a bigger picture. I love our community and I am excited to be in a department that serves them.
