Everyone is invited to join us on Thursday, September 18th at 10:30 AM for a free tutorial on "plarning". Participants will learn how to cut the bags, be able to try weaving them on a loom, and see what the finished product will look like.
Learn how to recycle plastic bags into sleeping mats for the homeless. This process is called "plarning" and involves cutting the bags into strips, looping them together to create "plarn" (plastic yarn) and then weave the plarn into mats.
