Mustang, Oklahoma’s annual Spooktacular is a lively, family-friendly Halloween event held each October at Wild Horse Park, located at the Mustang Town Center. Drawing thousands of attendees each year, it’s considered the city’s largest community celebration, offering a fun, safe environment for all ages. The evening features more than 50 carnival-style booths hosted by local businesses, community groups, and schools, each packed with interactive games and plenty of candy giveaways. Kids can enjoy giant inflatables, a life-size Monopoly game, and a haunted trail guided by local seniors—perfect for just the right amount of spooky fun. Other attractions often include train rides, mazes, a touch-a-truck area provided by the local police and fire departments, and a small themed car show. While the event is free to attend, food trucks and concession stands are available with snacks and meals for purchase. Organized by the Mustang Parks and Recreation Department, Spooktacular is a cherished tradition that brings the community together for a night full of laughter, costumes, and festive fall spirit.
