Mustang Parks and Recreation is bringing back the Rising Star Youth Basketball League, a popular six-week program designed for children ages 4 and 5. This returning league continues to focus on building the basics of basketball while giving young players the chance to learn teamwork, make friends, and have fun in an encouraging environment.
Registration is $45 per child, and sign-ups run from September 16th at 9:00 a.m. through October 22nd at 3:00 p.m. Spots are limited, so families are encouraged to sign up early.
Key dates include:
Coaches Meeting: October 30th at 7:00 p.m.
Practices Begin: November 3rd
Games Begin: December 6th
Eligibility requirements: participants must be 4 years old before August 1st and cannot turn 6 before that date.
The Rising Star league has quickly become a community favorite, offering Mustang’s youngest athletes their first experience on the court in a fun and developmental setting.
