Join Emily for our December fitness class series, Full Body Pump, happening every Sunday in December! This high-energy, high-intensity class uses light weights and lots of repetition to help you build lean muscle, increase strength, and get a total body workout.

What to know:

When: Every Sunday in December (7th, 14th, 21st, and 28th) at 2:00 PM.

Where: The fitness room at the Mustang Recreation Center.

What to bring: Your own yoga mat. All other equipment will be provided.

Registration: No need to register in advance—just show up and be ready to sweat!

Full Body Pump is great for all fitness levels. Emily will provide guidance and modifications so you can go at your own pace and make progress week after week.
