Join us every Sunday this January for our Special Monthly Fitness Class series, LIIT, at 2:00 PM!

What: LIIT (Low Intensity Interval Training) - A gentler alternative to traditional HIIT. This class alternates between periods of moderate and low intensity exercise, perfect for easing into your fitness routine!
