Ready to kickstart your New Year's resolutions and boost your health?

Join us for our "30 Minutes for 30 Days" New Year Workout Challenge!

The challenge runs from January 2nd to January 31st, aiming for 30 minutes of exercise every day. The best part? You choose the activity! Whether it's yoga, weights, cardio, walking, pickleball, or something else entirely, just get moving!

Pick up your Challenge tracker at the front desk and use the space below each date to log your activity or simply mark a checkmark (✔) when you have completed your 30 minutes of exercise for the day.

To be entered into the prize drawing for a gift card, you must complete at least 25 of the 30 days and turn in your tracking paper to the front desk by February 4th. You must have a membership in order to participate. You don't have to register for this event.

The lucky winner will be announced on February 5th!
