Whether you're looking to manage arthritis pain or just want to boost your activity level, the Arthritis Foundation Walk with Ease (WWE) program is for you! This 6-week, evidence-based program is designed to help you reduce pain, increase balance, and build confidence through a safe, tailored walking plan. What to expect: Expert Guidance: Learn how to manage pain safely. Structured Sessions: Every class includes an informative information topic, warm-up, stretching, a guided walk, and a cool-down. Proven Results: Improve your strength and overall health in a supportive group environment.
