What is HIIT Yoga?
It’s the best of both worlds! This hybrid workout combines the dynamic, calorie-burning power of High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) with the mindful poses and flexibility of traditional yoga. It’s the perfect way to build strength, boost your heart rate, and find your flow.
