As fireworks season begins in earnest in Mustang on June 27, 2023 and continues through July 4, 2023, it is important to recognize that we have many citizens who are Combat Veterans that can be adversely impacted by the loud noise that accompanies permitted fireworks.
With that in mind, these signs were donated to the City of Mustang about 9 years ago by our current Mayor Brain Grider to be picked up by any Combat Veteran to be placed in their yard so that neighbors can be both aware of the Veteran's sensitivity to fireworks and allow neighbors the opportunity to be respectful.
The signs are available for free at City Hall beginning today, June 20, 2023 during normal business hours. For information as to when fireworks are permitted in the City of Mustang, please click here
