It is with very heavy hearts that we must share the passing of Lieutenant Blaine Condreay. Blaine passed away Tuesday morning at his home, after a very difficult battle with cancer. Blaine was surrounded by loved ones and co-workers throughout this battle, and will be greatly missed by all.
Blaine started with the Mustang Police Department in January of 2000, and faithfully served the Mustang Community for more than 26 years. He was a dedicated member of our Patrol Division throughout his career in Mustang, and he made a positive impact on those he served with as well as many throughout the community in which he served. Blaine’s service reached beyond the boundaries of the Mustang Community as he served for many years on the Canadian County Special Operations Team as a tactical team operator. He also proudly served his country as a 24-year member of the Oklahoma Army Air National Guard.
In honor of Blaine’s service and commitment to our community, a Memorial Celebration of Life is being planned in the coming days. Details of that service are pending and will be made public once finalized.

A big thank-you to the El Reno Elks Lodge for their dedication to supporting local communities.
Through a Beacon Grant from the Elks National Foundation, the El Reno Elks Lodge provided $3,500 to the Mustang Public Library to help purchase coats and other cold-weather accessories for community members in need.
This support will make a real impact during the colder months, and we’re grateful to partner with organizations that care so deeply about giving back. Thank you, El Reno Elks Lodge, for helping keep our community warm.
