Our Sunday Fitness Class in May will be LIIT with Melissa! Class meets every Sunday in May at 2pm. Class dates are May 5,12,19,and 26. LIIT stands for Low Impact Interval Training which is less intense, less strenuous and more gentle on your joints, ligaments, and tendons, than a HIIT class. This class is included with your Fitness Pass membership or you can try your first class for free. You do not have to register for this class, just show up. Must be 13+ to participate.
Celebrate Cinco De Mayo with our group of Hip Hop Instructors for our May First Friday Night Hip Hop Class, on May 3rd at 6:00pm! For the month of May we will be offering FREE Tai Chi! Classes will be every Thursday with Todd at 11am in the Fitness Room, and every Tuesday and Thursday with Casey at 5:30pm outside on the Turf Area! In the event of inclement weather, class will be moved inside to the gym. These classes are in conjunction with the Mustang Library, The OK Department of Libraries, and The Institute of Museum and Library Services. These classes are FREE for everyone, even if you don't have a membership. Must be 13+ to participate.
At a ceremony this afternoon, Patrolman Dakota Norman was promoted to the rank of Sergeant in the Mustang Police Department. Presenting Sergeant Norman with his certifications is Police Chief Rob Groseclose.

The Annual Mustang Citywide Garage Sale will be this weekend RAIN or SHINE. Make sure to send your address and if you plan on having your garage sale Friday and Saturday or Saturday only by 9 pm tonight Wednesday, April 17th to hhuff@cityofmsutang.org.
