May is Water Safety Month. Learn about water safety by completing a FREE online course through Red Cross to be invited to Mustang Aquatic Center's Opening Night Party on May 24th and for a chance to win a Family Pool Pass.

Our Sunday Fitness Class in May will be LIIT with Melissa! Class meets every Sunday in May at 2pm. Class dates are May 5,12,19,and 26. LIIT stands for Low Impact Interval Training which is less intense, less strenuous and more gentle on your joints, ligaments, and tendons, than a HIIT class. This class is included with your Fitness Pass membership or you can try your first class for free. You do not have to register for this class, just show up. Must be 13+ to participate.
