The City of Mustang and Mustang American Legion Post #353 will be conducting its 2nd Annual Veterans Day Ceremony on November 11, 2025 at 11:00 AM. All Veterans will also receive a free breakfast provided by the Fat Guy Club beginning at 9: 00 AM preceding the ceremony. Both events occur in the Great Room at Town Center. At Tuesday evening's regular meeting, Mr. Billy Reddick was sworn in as the newest member of the Mustang City Council. Councilman Reddick will represent Ward 1 and has been a resident of that ward for more than 23 years. Councilman Reddick believes that local government works best when it reflects the voices, needs, and values of its people. He views his role as a Councilor as an opportunity to serve, to work alongside other Council members, city leaders, and community members to address challenges, celebrate successes, and create opportunities for growth of our mustang community.

At the Oklahoma Public Safety Conference last evening in Tulsa, Mustang Telecommunicator Katie Matthis was recognized as the 2025 Telecommunicator of the Year! Katie has been employed with the City of Mustang for more than 13 years.
