Practices are once a week beginning November 11 thru January 17. Available practice times are Monday thru Friday nights from 6:15 – 7:15pm. Each coach will choose their teams practice day. If you have a preference please choose it in registration check out options and we will try to accommodate.
League games are on Saturdays, with first games beginning at 9:00am. Coaches will share schedules with their teams.

Age Requirements:
Must be 4 yrs old by Aug. 1, 2024.
Can't turn 6 yrs old before Aug. 1, 2024.
If a child wants to be on a specific coach’s team or with family or friends please put this information in the options prompt at registration checkout & we will do our best to accommodate. If there are issues after teams have been assigned please email ldiment@cityofmustang.org
Teams will be put together & coaches assigned the week of October 28. Coaches meeting will be November 5, 2024. All coaches must complete a background check.

Coaches Always Needed!
Join us for Spooky LIIT class October 25 at 6PM! This will be a fun Halloween themed fitness class taught by Melissa and April. LIIT stands for LOW INSTENSITY INTERVAL TRAINING which is less intense and more gentle on your joints than a HIIT class. All exercises will be done standing, so a mat is not needed. This class is included with your fitness pass membership and must be 13+ to attend. You do not have to register for this event.
Blood Drive - Tuesday, October 15, 2024 from 1:00 to 6:00 PM at Town Center. There are still lots of appointments available. Save a life, get a t-shirt, and have a ghoulishly great time!

Come catch up with a spooky classic the ORIGINAL Beetlejuice on Friday, October 18. There will be Food Trucks starting to serve at 6 pm and the movie will begin at dusk! Also, goodie bags will be passed out for all the kids in attendance.
