This class is in conjunction with the Mustang Library, the OK Department of Libraries and the Institute of Museum and Library Services. Class is held in the fitness room and is FREE to everyone 13 years of age or older. Tai Chi is
known for its slow, intentional movements, and is particularly popular as a form of gentle exercise and moving meditation, with benefits to mental and physical health. You do not have to register for this class.
