Our Sunday Fitness classes for July start tomorrow, July 9th at 2pm! Anna will teach LIIT, Low Intensity Interval Training, in the fitness room. Please bring your own yoga mat, they are not provided. Must be 13+ to participate.
Join us for our Sunday afternoon class in July. Anna will teach LIIT class at 2 pm. Class dates are July 9th, 16th, 23rd, and 30th. There will no class on July 2nd. This class is included with your Fitness Pass or you can try your first class for FREE. Class will be held in the fitness room and you do not need to register. Anyone 13+, with a current Fitness Pass, can participate in our Treadmill Challenge in July! Challenge with run July 1-31st. Log your minutes on the clipboard each time your walk or run on the treadmill. The person with the most minutes logged will be the winner and receive a $25 giftcard and a 1-month individual fitness pass. You don't have to register for this event.

Ahoy Mateys! Don't miss out on tickets to the Annual Pirate Party on June 23rd from 6:30 pm to 8:30 pm. This is one of the few times you can swim at the pool in the evening. Swimming, games, snacks, and activities. Yo ho, yo ho a Pirate's life for me.
