New options worth knowing, Friday and Saturday private parties have the option of renting the facility for 1 extra hour until 9:30 pm for an additional $100 or have volleyball nets set up for any private party for an additional $50.

Everyone is invited to attend the presentation on Caregiver "Elder Law" on Friday, April 4th, 2025 at 9:30 AM. This will be facilitated by an attorney from Legal Aid Services of Oklahoma. Anyone who is a caregiver is encouraged to attend. Services such as Free Vouchers (which allow caregivers some relief) will be discussed as well as other resources. Join us every Sunday in April at 2pm for our April Fitness class series, Functional Strength with Nicole! Class dates are April 6th, 13th, and 27th. No class April 20th due to Easter and we will be closed. Functional strength training uses compound exercises or multiple muscle groups that will help improve balance, coordination, and strength. Please bring a mat, they are not provided. If you don't have a mat, you can purchase one from the front desk for $10. This class is included with your fitness pass membership and must be 13+ to participate. You don't have to register, just show up!
