Join us Friday, March 7th for "Lucky" LIIT Mix Fitness Class! Class starts at 6:00pm and will be a combination of LIIT(Low Intensity Interval Training) and Cardio Mix. There will be a Professional Photographer here Saturday Night to capture the perfect picture to commemorate the night! Pictures will start 30 min before the dance begins, just enter on the North door to the Senior Center from the Senior Parking Lot. All other doors will not open until time for the dance to begin.

Join us Sundays in March for our Fitness Class series, HIIT Step. Class dates are March 2nd, 9th, 16th, 23rd, 30th, and will start at 2pm in the fitness room. Ashely will take you through this fun aerobic step class that takes advantage of the High Intensity benefit of HIIT training while using a step. Parents, are you tired of being stuck at home? Do you need a night out? Drop off your kiddos ages 4 to 12 years old with the Mustang Parks and Recreation staff and let them have a fun-filled evening evening at the Glow Party while you relax and enjoy a well deserved break from 6 pm to 10 pm.
Pre-registration is required and space is limited. Children will be divided into appropriate age groups to maximize the fun and pizza will be provided. Registration is $20 per child.
