Tomorrow, Saturday September 30th, is the day! Join us for our Annual Breast Cancer Fundraiser, Hip Hop For Hope! Event starts at 9am in the fitness room. The cost is $10 to get in. Row the Red River Indoor Challenge will be October 1st through Oct. 31st. During the month of October, join us as we "Row the Red River" indoors on our Row Machines. The Red River is 1,360 miles. Log the amount of meters you row each time and we will convert it to miles to see who can make it across the "Red River" the furthest. The clipboard to log your meters will be located in the cardio area upstairs near the row machines. Results will be posted weekly on Facebook and near the clipboard to see who is in the lead. No registration is required and meters/miles logged are on the honor system. Winner will receive a $25 gift card and a one month individual Fitness Pass. 13+ to participate.
Everyone 13+ is invited to join us for FIT Pilates every Sunday at 2pm in October. Nicole will be the instructor and class dates are October 1,8,15,22,29. FIT Pilates is a mix of high and low-intensity cardio moves, paired with Pilates-based strength training moves. Please bring your own yoga mat, they are not provided. You can also purchase one at the front desk for $10.

This Friday Night September 11th is Food Truck Friday featuring Movie in the Park - Dungeons and Dragons Honor Among Thieves. Food Trucks will begin to serve at 6 pm, so come grab dinner and then stick around and set up your lawn chairs on the front lawn to enjoy the movie.
