Come dressed in your Halloween attire on October 20th at 6:30pm for a Halloween themed High Fitness Dance Party. HIGH fitness produces a high caloric burn and full body toning through its carefully formulated choreography that alternates between cardio and toning tracks. There is no need to register and class is included in your adult fitness pass. You can also come for free your first time! So invite a friend to come join you! Class is located in the fitness room.

Tomorrow, Saturday September 30th, is the day! Join us for our Annual Breast Cancer Fundraiser, Hip Hop For Hope! Event starts at 9am in the fitness room. The cost is $10 to get in. We will also have lots of raffle items to give away, so bring your cash! Those tickets can be purchased and they will be $1/ticket or $5/6 tickets! All proceeds will go to Kimberly Lemley.
