All administrative offices of the City of Mustang – including the Library - will be closed on Monday, January 15, 2024 in observance of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Day. The Rec Center will operate as normally scheduled as will refuse services so be sure to have your cart to the curb by 7:00 AM.

The City of Mustang has been notified by OEMA that Tuesday's trash service is running behind. If you are scheduled for a Tuesday pick-up and have yet to be serviced, please leave your poly-cart at the curb, as trucks are still out collecting.

The City of Mustang has been notified by OEMA that one of the drivers serving the Monday refuse routes suffered a medical emergency this morning. OEMA has called in another driver to finish the Monday trash service but there will likely be a delay.
Both OEMA and the City of Mustang apologize for any inconvenience.

At last evening's annual City of Mustang Holiday Banquet, Human Resources Director Laura Anderson received the 2023 Mayor's Award from Mayor Brian Grider.
The plaque Ms. Anderson received was inscribed with the following words:

MUSTANG are the winners of the Mustang & Yukon Community Challenge for 2023! The win streak now stands at 12 years as we ended Wednesday with 81 successful donations and 243 local lives impacted by our blood drive.
2023 donations totaled 344 donations at Town Center and 1,032 lives saved by those donations. These numbers are truly life changing and we thank all of you!
Don't be a Grinch! Mustang hasn't lost to Yukon in 11 years! Please do your part and plan on donating blood the Wednesday, December 13th! Schedule your appointment today!
