Celebrate your friends who make life wonderful and bring your own Valentine cards to exchange! Everyone 13 and over is invited to join us Sundays in February at 2pm, for Cardio Tae Boxing with Kristen. Class dates are February 2nd, 9th, 16th, and 23rd. Cardio Tae Box is a fitness class that combines kickboxing, martial arts, and cardiovascular training. It's a full-body workout that involves punches, kicks, and cardio drills to increase heart rate and develop upper and lower body strength. This class is included with your fitness pass membership or you can try your first class for free. You don't have to register, just show up!
